Cape Ann fresh – catch coming of age

Community supported fisheries (CSFs) are based on the community supported agriculture model, but there are significant differences that should be considered when developing a CSF.  This presentation will focus on a CSF out of Gloucester, MA that is trying to support small-scale fishermen and fishing communities, while offering consumers ecologically sound seafood options.  Growing pains and the steps taken to achieve these goals will be discussed.
