Hydroacoustic sampling technologies generate valuable information about the aquatic environment. Split-beam echo sounders can provide information describing fish densities, behavior and distribution. Acoustic tag systems can resolve both fine and broad scale behavior of tagged individuals in three-dimensions. Imaging SONARs, such as the DIDSON, produce high resolution video-like images of underwater objects. Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) information describes water current profiles over different ranges. We integrated information from all of these technologies using the Eonfusion software package, to investigate relationships in the data sets and to improve our understanding of the ecological environment. We examined various freshwater and marine studies with tagged shrimp, crab, fish, and scuba divers. After merging the many data sources, we produced dynamic presentations that can be queried and visualized. Various integrated presentations will be shown. The ability to relate data from disparate sources and explore relationships between multiple attributes over time provides a powerful new tool for researchers.
