Preachers Cove Habitat Improvement

Film Description This video shows a fish habitat restoration project on the Yankee Fork of the Salmon River. Dredging and timber harvest in the late 1800's removed trees from along the Yankee Fork and removed the complexity from the river channel. Several partners cooperated on implementing this project to improve the habitat for salmon, steelhead, bull trout, and westslope cutthroat trout.
