Proceeding from the characteristics of fish resources in the Yangtze River System,this paper deals with the aim,content and method of the dynamic monitoring of fish resources,as well as the system constitution,duty division,fund sources and management principal of the dynamic monitoring complex of fish resources in the Yangtze River Valley.
