Focused Discussion

Facilitated discussion among presenters and the audience about the policy implications of the previous presentations, particularly as they relate to managing salmon harvests.  What place should ecosystem needs have in harvest management decisions?  What might need to change to bring that about?  How can advocates most effectively make their case?  In addition, audience members will have the opportunity to raise policy-relevant questions with presenters that have not been raised earlier in the session.
