Jim and Abigail have collaborated to assemble tips and approaches for professionals, both young and older, to use to make key decisions relating to maximizing effectiveness and enjoyment from our careers.  The most important recommendation is to take control and focus on a longer term career path.  These tips have been assembled from personal experiences and mentors over a 45 year career.  Jim and Abigail will also cover the four key phases of each career and how to set goals for each phase.
