Many organizations invest resources, such as money, time, and people, into developing and implementing leadership training programs for their employees in anticipation of better internal/external communication, enhanced work outputs, and organizational growth.  After making large investments in leadership training, both program participants and their employers may wonder if the information and tools taught in these courses will be used after the conclusion of the program and if the training tools will be useful for helping resource practitioners efficiently and effectively manage natural resources.  The presenter will discuss tool use and usefulness based on responses from a self-assessment survey administered to participants in the Emerging Leaders Program.
